Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. The following cancellation policy applies to all RV lot reservations at Olyesti RV Lots:

7+ days before check-in: Full refund, minus any processing fees

2 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total reservation amount

Less than 12 hours before check-in: No refund

No-shows: No refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Reservations may be transferred to alternate dates (subject to availability) at no additional charge if requested at least 72 hours in advance.
